18-year old Kimberley Vlaeminck from Kortrijk, Belgium, has pressed charges against a tattoo-artist. She asked for the tattoo artist for 3 stars right above her eye. But she fell asleep and woke with 56 stars instead of 3. She's really upset, and says she feels mutilated. even thought it started all innocent.

Kimberley: we were walking through town and we passed that new tattooshop. And well, I always put like three dots next to my eye with eyeliner.. cuz well, yeah I think that's pretty. And so, my dads says to go inside, and asks if I want to get the dots tattooed. and I said yes. So the tattoo artist put the dots with a marker to show how it looks, he asked how far he was allowed to go, only above the eye I said, not below. So he got started -it was my first time- I was kinda afraid, and I closed my eyes. But I didn't feel pain. And yah I fell asleep but woke up again when my nose hurt, cuz he was doing the big stars here.
And so yeah ..I woke up with 56 stars.

Kimberly wants to get the stars lasered away, cuz she barely doens't even dare to come out in public anymore.

The tattoo artist says Kimberly didn't fall a sleep at all, an that she just started
to panick when she saw her dad's reaction.

there's NO WAY she could have fallen asleep
while getting a tattoo, there's seriously no way
anyone could sleep through such horrible pain.

she either asked for it -not really knowing what she was doing-
and realised what she'd done afterwards (and regretted it).
